As we opened the news papers, surely we would come across numerous of social illness being reported. Abandoned babies, killing, robberies, snatch theft, etc are nowaday 'our new lives'. Nonetheless, since papers are merely interested in reporting, thus their approach of the matters were merely scratching the surface. No detail investigation to the root causes of the problem being dug out.

(2) As we move around, even in Kuching where once we really enjoyed driving with no jam, nowaday, even in the small kampung the road are jamed especially when there is long holidays. Most people now have kancil to pack in. Thanks to Proton, Perodua and EON Bank for making car more affordable to everybody. Labor mobility had been greatly facilitated. The Country infrastructures and automotive policy had impacted us greatly. Now Malaysian economy became a 'Mobile Economy'.

(3) The benefit of mobile society generated by the affordable car and good infrastructures system in one way demanded the State and Nation to look seriously into the Population Income Source which is through Employment generation. Couple with the Country success in generating Tertiary Educated and Skilled workforce, the issue of employment become very pertinent to be properly address.

(4) The last national General Election manifested the frustration due to the influx of more educated and skilled workforce that we had failed to address. Most political analyst would see the Majority Denial of the Ruling Government was due to the change of taste and aspiration of the young. But none have really pinned down what are these taste and aspiration that these young educated and skilled workforce are after?

(5) I believe, they don't really vote in the last election. Even now, they hardly want to register to vote despite whatever campaigns SPRM had launched. So, if they don't vote, then who voted to voice their grivience?

(6) To me, as more people buy cars, the more they need to look for good money. Now they are no more just thinking of feeding their mouths, they would love to feed their mouth with Piza and not merely nasi goreng, and even having holiday beyond their kampung or place of stay. Today population are living in debts: housing loan, car loan, home equipment loan, all sort of loans!

(7) In urban areas, as I move around the country, it take me a hard thought to imagine how could the newly employed people could effort the currrent housing cost. The capitalist speculative market had made part of our lives becoming much miserable. Current products are not price according to a 'social concern' system, and mostly are left to the capitalist free market.

(8) Where is the Government Effective Intervention System? Why are we so pround to have a RM103.00 billion reserve while the nation is suffering of Slow Economic Growth and Slow Improvement of Quality of Life? In this regard, I would defer from the Standard Criteria of Quality of Life. I'm more concern of Gainfull Income Growth!

(9) I would say, all these, as I see it, we are not really Managing the National Development, but most of our energy and resources are wasted in Managing the National Politic to the extend, if there is no immediate political gain, then we would love to keep those just a KIV, be it the governing system or the opposition.

(10) Should we just hold back? I would say, please don't be a coward. We in what ever position, as civil servant, in particular, from a gardener to the head of the department, we have role to play, just probably we are too coward to step forward. Our concern probably is too much of ourselves, not really the society, the future of the State.
