(Interesting to note the shrude Malays habit, once a group of them wanted to do something different for the good deed of their community, definitely they will be confronted by totally opposite opinion. The issue is, is this opinion being honestly voiced out or is it merely because the idea was not from them. I belief, this has something to do with what Muhammad s.a.w had said, there is a lump of flesh in one chest, and that flesh determines one's deed! Probably the Malays love just to remain small and continue to be a pariah within Allah blessed land! May Allah blast us, if so, rather being a pariah believer of the great Islam!)

The current UMNO AGM I would say is a turning point for Najib to have a grip of UMNO and the National Front (BN). Based on the tree UMNO party main wings AGM: Wanita, Pemuda, Putri; the 'initial sounding' of the excos' and delegates' proposition seem very promising: brave, clear and 'honest'. I'm using the connotation: 'Initial Sounding and Honest' to cast my doubt over the matter as they may sound to be. As those delivering the speeches, if one really follow their lips and mouths movement, clearer if we observe their overall body language, I would say, millions of interpretation could be gauged. May be if one keep the tapes on the various American and Western Analysist of the Post American Presidential debates, one would understand what I mean.

(2) Nontetehelss, firstly, I do pray, and really hope (and we should work for it) that those occupying whatever position in the UMNO must really make themselve clean dan honest in their course to serve and build the nation. (In fact today I was shocked and feel dam sad to know how a Malay government servant had demanded a 10% kick back from a project with a total cost of merely RM37,000.00! I pray for him to live a long life to experience the great effect of his corrupted deed!)

(3) Secondly, I'm happy in deed, though I was provoked by a friend when I was having my Nasi Dagang by the road side at Bukit Bintang area this morning that Najib made an announcement of building the 100 levels Heritage Tower. My friend belief that this is not the wise and best way to spend the fund. My friend argument was that RM5.00 billion would be much better to be spent for other type of development so that greater people would benefit from such an investment. Just imagine, RM50,000,000.00 will be spent to build just a level. 100 levels, equal to RM5,000,000,000.00. Probably we can build 3-5 four lanes Highway serving Miri to Kuching! More people are making an issue out of this proposal.

(4) To me, being wise is one thing. But being brave and futuristic is another thing. Say if Mahathir never built that DayaBumi Complex next to the National Mosque, would he then be wise and daring enough to start thinking and building all those Super Highways, the Penang Bridge, and Tanjung Pelepas Port. Same goes to KLIA Sepang, later Sepang F1 Track, followed by the KLCC Twin Tower. All those in fact, were not only as growth stimulant initiatives, but most important, to build the high confidence among the nation to stand tall in the eyes of the world.

(5) Tun Razak had built the foundation for DMM to take the country to the present pride. Tun Razak had established and really engineered institutions such as MARA, FELDA, RISDA, FELCRA, UDA, SEDC, PETRONAS, Bank Bumiputera, etc as the instruments to rectify the socio-economic weaknesses of the natives. Through the expension of what Tun Razak had initiated earlier, Tun Husein Onn and Tun Mahathir had created the much corporate-cultured GLCs to move the native (as well as the whole nation)economic welbeing into a greater height. Thus, PNB, Sime Darby, Tabung Haji, Khazanah, etc now which are all under the good controled of the natives should have enough experiences, talents and courage to go into the much brave investments.

(6) The land, suggested for the Heritage Tower (Menara Warisan) is a real prime land. Such land, at such location, will never be available for the second time in the future. Thus, why must such a location be developed along the old model, and why we the native (Malays) feel skeptical about building something real big, real brave, real symbolic to push our native spirit into a greater economic and commercial undertaking. I don't see why the native, especially the Malays whom now should have acquired enough business and management experiences from the long association with the other races must remain selling Nasi Dagang by the road side. We can't be just Ali-Baba (lazy easy sleeping partners) forever! We must now be a real genuine enterpreneurs ourselves!

(7) Let us keep our objective clear. And if there are doubt, then the doubt I would say, how is to make this Project clean of corruption and fund missmanagement. We must never allow the incident of Sime Darby losing billions be repeated. They may claimed those are private money, but still, in God sake, those monies were deposits of the millions of investors be the have and have not!

(8) Let me rephrase the above notion from the following angle. 1400 years ago, Muhammad SAW managed to overtook Mecca from the infidel Quraish. These Quraish, for thousands of years, after the death of Ismail, the son of Abraham, whom had rebuilt the Kaabah which magnetised the making of Mecca as the center of the monotheism, then turned Kabbah into the center of polythesism, which is strictly against the true purpose of the creation of Kaabah. From such day of his takeover, he had accomplished his mission to return Kaabah into its original when it was firts built by the angels, then Adam!

(9) The Quraish, being a very stuborn community, defied Muhammad SAW, from establishing a real Islamic Adeen (nation) in Mecca. He was forced out of Mecca. He had to take refuged at Yatsrib. Yatsrib, where the people were very much friendly to Muhammad, accepted him as the leader and thus assisted him to build the first Muslim City-State there, and thus changed the name of Yatsrib to Medina: the City of the Prophet. In Islam, this refuged is termed Hijrah: literally translated as embrassing new way for the better!

(10) Thus I would say, building this 100 storeys Menara Warisan, I hope, and it must be seen in the spirit of Hijrah, a change of mindset among the Malays in particular from continue to adopt Arcade MARA type of business development into a real modern-hypermarket system. It is time for Pasar Khadijah, Pasar Zainab, Medan MARA, gerai-gerai SEDC all over the places to be relook into a much currently demanded business infrstructure requirement. I would also hope, this development would trigger a better inspiration for us to build Kampung Baru Kuala Lumpur and even Darul Hana in Kuching into a well respected Muslim-Malays Community enclaves of the future to be the model of the true Islamic Commercial-economic development.

(11) Whether we realised or not, the whole Muslim world is looking at Malaysia as the role model in developing a true-just economic system for the good deed of all the human kind. Can't we think and move ourselve to be the new economic leaders rather quarelling over petty matters. Come on the Malays, can't we not be enough being a laughing stock to all the other races all these while!
