Since 2010 Najib and Muhyiddin had been going around the Country to start their GE13 Campaign. Sarawak and Sabah were given a bit of special attention due to the possibility that the two states will always be loyal to the prevailing governing party ie National Front (NF). Those guys elsewhere in the Country shouldn't be cynical to us, since that was the very reason why we are willing to join force to form Malaysia in 1963, ie to achieve greater development. Who ever could give us better quality of lives, that be our choice. Sawakians and Sabahans we are just being practical in our choice, and that succinct well with the conventional economic theory ie basic first.

(2) The Sarawak 2011 State Level Election (SLE12) was then used as the benchmark to gauge the support especially among the young and Chinese voters. Fortunate or unfortunately, all the SUPP Chinese candidates except for Wong Soon Koh (Bawang Assan)  and Lee Kim Shin (Senadin) were voted out. Thus, few weeks later there was an out cry in MCA and UMNO Youth Wing calling for Taib Mahmud resignation as the CM of Sarawak. I personally seeing such call as be litling the intelligence of Sarawk voters especially among the Natives. If such call is justifiable, I would love to hear the same being echo now for Trengganu and probably Negeri sembilan as well. Earlier the Sibu 2010 by election also had strongly indicating the game plan of the general Chinese voting trend in Sarawak. The big swing of the Chinese vote to DAP in particular, may be due to two possible courses ie they had enough of the BN governing system or they love to change from SUPP to an alternative representation. There was also a great possibility that they also opted for both. My personal experienced, since kid days until I served the government for 25 years and to this day as free citizen, I would say as compared to the Peninsula Chinese, the Sarawak Chinese has nothing to complain. Taib since he took the leadership of the State in 1981 (?) had work on a very liberal platform and had indeed mostly favoring the Chinese in  transforming the economy of the State to the level that we are enjoying to this day. Apart from the Chinese were given the chance to head numerous State GLCs and agencies, look at RH, KTS, WTK, SinYang, Shamelin, Borneo Lumber, etc in say 1980, and compare to today 2013, are they not just like comparing the earth to the sky? The same with all many others medium scale Chinese-based companies, all were nothing in the 1980, but they are great achievers nowadays. For the Malays (Muslim), we don't see much and they only emerge in the late 1990s. For Sarawak, Taib indeed had played the balancing act much skillfully that everybody should able to notice well.

(3) For GE13 no doubt both Najib and Muhyiddin had worked damn hard. But unfortunately, their hard works are most for their political course. I don't quiet seeing their actual ground success nationwide Economic Transformation Process (ETP) or even Government Transformation Program (GTP) such as being reported. My simple argument is basic. If their ETP and GTP had achived to the level that had been claimed or as said to be successful then why the real purcahsing power of the generqal public hade not improved, which call for greater public subsidies such as BR1M etc and secondly, just go to the ground and have a real independent test, do the people understand the present government policies and strategies. I don't believe so, and I quote even Dr. Mahathir Mohammed did made comment that he as well not that yet clear on what exactly Najib want to do and achieve? So, what do we expect from the general public? Indeed for the last four years, we had been to much politicking. We do less in actual ETP and GTP. Most are window dressing.

(4) My biggest contention of why Najib had spent too much time for politicking for the past four years is basically due to all those non people committal among those who were close to him. Who among his cabinet members who were really working hard sincerely for the people? I don't quiet seeing even the spirit of Ghafar Baba, far from Abdul Razak Hussein among them. Most I could see were mere parasite that want to gain fast without contributing the best to the host ie the people, the Country. They are stiil few some that he still keep as his YBs and I do pray Najib really have the gut to weed them out.

(5) Najib right now need people wisdom-based Cabinet members not only able to appreciate what the people need, but as well balancing their needs with the international and future scenarios of the Country. Najib need people with brain and courage to be with him to sail the Country for the better. To me, he should have the courage to bring in those even not among the elected politician to be in his administrative system. Accordingly, he should also have gut and wisdom to look at personalities among others such as Lee Lam Thye, Rezaleigh Hamzah, Azalina Othman, Shahril Samad, Hassan Marican, etc. For Sabah and Sarawak, can't Najib not discuss with Musa Aman and Taib Mahmud to lend some of their good state ministers to be seconded to the Federal government. I believe some accommodation could be arranged. Personalities such as Sahidan Kassim, Annuar Musa, Idris Jusuh or even Sharizat Jalil, I believe their time had passed and they must be gentlemen enough to give way for others. The same applies to Ali Rustam, Ghani Ali and surely people such as Abdul Rahim Tambi Chik. No doubt their pass contribution had to be compensated, that I would say could be formally sincerely and openly arrange. I would also think that, those who are now being the Chairman of few National GLCs should also give way for some fresh new blood or the related Minister to have their say in appointing those. The role of the seniors could be facilitate as probably the Council of Advisor to the PM, Cabinet, Parliment of Ministry. Let look at how the Bristish and American did it. I would believe, that was how Muhammad SAW and the four Khalifah had been operating in the past.

(6) Basically, Najib should now focus to have a Working Cabinet. All those who love to be presence for mere politicking either they had to firstly transform into workaholic creatures or weed them out. Surely by doing so, it is not going to be easy, but a leader has to do what he has to do. Do it sincerely, transparently for the course of the nation. InsyaAllah, the people who are the boss, will be with Najib. They are some to be as such either by designed or by nature. I have  a strong believe, once Najib is able to assemble aHard Smart Working Cabinet, the rest of the nation will follow suit. Even the Pakatan Rakyat will have to work, failing which, then let the peole be their judge later. The old Malays' wisdom had it saying: "Najib" kencing berdiri, "kabinet"nya kencing berlari or as the Chinese saying: the head determines where the tail goes.

(7) Now Kelantan is headed by a much mild leader, Ahmad Yakub. He seem to look like the last Mohammad Yakub, the NF MB in the 1980s. Husam Musa and Saifuddin Nasution are no more there. Chances for Mustapha Mohammed and Rezaleigh Hamzah to talk nicely to the new MB as well as the Istana is great. Let honor Nik Aziz to what he is due. To me, the least, Nik Aziz had created that Islamic phenomenal awareness among the Malays youths and that is very important to the long term survival of the Malays and Islam in this Country. UMNO had made a significant win. It is time to work together rather quarreling for mere of power. Let UMNO work to the best to really serve the State. Muhammad SAW never had a big power before he could run Madina well, but his intelligent and passion later turned Madina and the rest of Arabia-Persia-North Africa into a Muslim empire. Mohd Said of Trengganu and Zambry Abdul Kadir of Perak need more coughing and pushing to deliver better, or they will be surely thrown out in the next GE14.

(8) GE13 has shown the maturing democratic practices of the Malaysians. Najib, winning can't be taken for granted. He basically begged to win. The Malays, due to our soft heart, we gave him the chance, such must never be taken for granted, for once we merajuk we may just be indifferent to whatever Najib future course. Then Najib will be the person who will bring UMNO down under the RAHMAN theory, will come to truth.

(9) As for the Chinese, they just need time to adjust and think. Let not make a rush on their representation. Let just run the Country administrative system as efficient, friendly and clean to cater for the whole need of the nation without favor or fear. I would think, Najib and Ali Hamsa should have a serious look at the truth out reach ability of the civil service. I have a strong believe, our civil service had to be rebuilt to be people committal service not a mere window dressing and office akin. The GE13 is a call to Najib to have a Working Hard, Smart and Clean Cabinet and Civil Service and GLCs. That is everybody hopes and inspiration. Najib should now start to walk to work, not to walk to shake hands, enough is enough. Let reduce to zero all the politicking elements. These should include the TV, papers and all sort of media. Whatever cases be it involving Najib himself, Annwar or whoever, just let that be a pure professional administrative matters. Civil servants should act to the professional of civil servant, and this should include the Police, Military, EC (SPRM) and MACC. The head of these agencies should talk to the least and be confined to the pure administrative matter. They should not talk to the extend of adding salt to the wound or throwing kerosene to the fire. Let now talk on much more intellectual and socio-economic prosperities and spiritual nurturing matters. We had been politicking since 2002, and 10 years is more than enough.
