4/1/14 A MILLION PETITIONS......a petty Najib? (revisit on 17 Jan., 2014)

In the past couple of weeks, I had been receiving and reading calls from certain quarters for Malaysians to participate in signing for numerous of petitions. Among them were Petition to further liberalize our social system especially wrt to numerous forms of freedom: sexual intercourse, religion, speech, etc. The petition on the usage of the term Allah had been the focused by certain left and right wings proponents to a certain degree amounting to the promotion of all sort of self interest best known to themselves. Surely in Sarawak, the most interesting is the silent on going proposed petition of a million signatures to bring Taib Mahmud down from his Chief Minister position. What is really the significance of all these petitions?  Has there any one that had really made a great impact? Sure some may want to lead me to the cancellation of the TPPA signing by Najib which was due on end of 2013. Indeed, the cancellation was not due to the petition but rigorous disapproval meetings especially among the members of the Malay Chamber of Commerce with MITI whereby they at last seek the intervention of Mahathir Mohammed over the matter. Mahathir for sure put a strong objection to anything that seem to make Malaysia to be the slave of the West.

(2) If petition had been significant, I would believe the everlasting problems of the world minorities would have been resolved centuries ago. How many petitions had the world initiated for the plight of the Palestine? What has the world been saying, especially at the United Nation level,  about the backwardness of the minority Champa, Pattani, Sulu, and Rohingya? Has the related Governments heeded to the calls and or petitions? Mandela, spent at least twenty odd years in prison, only then the world listened to his struggle for equal right for the Afrikaan;  not through petition but by meant of Mandela's true statemanship.

(3) Let me dwell on two interesting petitions that certain quarters in Malaysia are now gearing hard. First, at the National level ie the freedom usage of the term Allah by some interested quarters. Certain Christian churches want to praise their Lord as Allah, through leveraging the freedom of speech as provided in the National Constitution; while the Muslim Malays claim the term Allah is exclusive for Islam which is the Addeen of the Malays and Muslim as provided by the National Constitution. Both indeed claimed their right based on the National Constitution. Thus, I would believe, all these hu ha petition is to influence the judges whom prescribe over the matter either at the High Court and or Court of Appeal. Thus, as a Nation that want to move into a Developed Nation in the immediate future, all of us should just leave the matter to rest among those wise men that our Democratic Parliamentary System had trusted upon. Failing which, I would believe, we are not near to the man of law, thus internationally we will never be respected as many other similar nations.

(4) Secondly, wrt to the high interest of certain quarter to see Taib to step down as the Chief Minister of Sarawak, I would say it is highly political motivated. In a football game, especially when players such as Pele, Maradona, Christian Renaldo, the big names are in the field, the opponents would marked these guys to the tightest and where possible to inflict the greatest injury to bring down the team and thus win the game. Indeed, the game to bring Taib down is just the same, except the field is not a football field but politic. Whether ones agreed or not, Taib indeed is the pillar to the State National Front (NF) component parties. There are silent yet heated squabble in PRS and SPDP. Definitely the fire play in SUPP is much glaring with the coming of the CNY. In the PBB, Taib as the direct responsible person to safeguard the Party unity, had his part well done at the last PBB Annual Convention. Both the Pesaka and Bumiputera components of the PBB sustained their right and power sharing caucus in the very guided and compromised style. Through the PBB 2013 Convention, Taib had managed to consolidate all his strength within the PBB and thus he is much prepared to take on with the other State NF components and even the opponent parties. Thus it is right that Taib political opponents be they within or externally, they must hit on Taib personally to at last to bring everybody in the State NF down. Indeed the 1,000,000 signatures-based petition that are being initiated now in the State is a mere direct attack on Taib. Is such act timely? Would that work? Would that justify? Doesn't matter what would be the out come, the dynamo-physic theory stipulated that; there is always a reaction to an action and thus, the end result may kill everybody. Musa-Mahathir, Rezaleigh-Mahathir, Ghafar Bapa-Anwar, Anwar-Mahathir, and then Abdullah-Mahathir clashes had done so much painful slowing down to this Nation, had we not experienced enough? Anywhere, the devil political greed will work on biar berputih mata, jangan berputih tulang. The Sarawak Malays, especially, must remember what next on them, they shouldn't latter sudah terhantuk baru tengadah.

(5) I'm indeed not worried of all these wasteful petitions be there on the proposition and or the opposition sides. My only worry is our shallowness in identifying the real roots to all these issues. Politicians are and keep on hitting on each others, but with no end for the good of the subjects. Their interests are just mere peacock dance displaying whom are much more male to mate, just as the bulls fighting even to death, but in reality the winner could only mate with 2-3 cows when indeed there are abundance heated females. Allah, had made things clear to all if we are seriously seeking His Taufik and Hidayah just that our hollow self is always filled with the greed and lust of the satans. We failed to learn from our environs. Astafirrullah.

(6) Let me direct especially our Prime Minister (Is he still the Prime Minister? (1)) Mohd Najib Abdul Razak back to some of our National History. There were big floods hitting nation-wide in the 1960s. In those days, we are preoccupied with post independence hardships just as a newly wed couple being freed to lead their independent lives, away from the complacent protection of their families. But the lifestyle in those days left the people able to survive on themselves as the Malays' proverb saying alah bisa tegal biasa. Then in 1970s, Malaysia was also affected by rampant big floods here and there. The flood brought lots of miseries to the people. Poverty was on the uprising. The nation was then also brought into other numerous socio-political distress. Those was the time of Abdul Razak Husein leadership. He was a smart Allah gifted man. He saw social disunity as an effect. He also saw flood as an effect. Poverty was also seen as an effect. Abdul Razak, grasped all those issues as effects and never see those as the cause. I believe, he searched hard for the cause, that the reason he used to wander the Nation. Indeed he found, when I read collection of his speeches by the Information Department Service,  he seem to clearly noticed that all the hardship of the Nation were caused by bad leadership. He discovered all walks of leadership at that point in time were weak, bad indeed. He inherited leadership that used to fight hard for Independence, yet lacking in how to manage Independent. In one instance, he blasted the civil service for being inertia. His act, I would believe is nothing but pukul anak sindir menantu. He not only hit on the civil service, but put a great challenge to all his political boys. He just want every body to be focus to develop the Nation. He then established the Bilik Gerakan Daerah, Negeri and Negara and through those he made all the leaders at every layers to be abreast with all the problems and solutions which the Korean then learned and copied to which with such made them then accelerating much better than Malaysia. Are these poor bad leadership not the case in Najib's hand now? I believe, Najib is swarmed with leaders to win an election, but then they won to enrinch themselves, not the people. Poor Najib, he is always in the state of denial and deception (1).

(7) About 3,000 years ago, the Pharoah was almost hit to perish by the great famine. All was nothing but due to the Pharoah bad leadership. He was surrounded by the chiefs of the thieves. He taxed his people too much that made his people do less as was the Communism did in demoralizing the productivity of their subjects. This same attitude is now being practice by the greedy Capitalist whom pray for nothing but wealth.  Allah, loved the Pharaohs for their purpose, thus Yusuf AS was sent as the wise man to their Court to guide them well. That was when the element of Baitul Mal was first established and Yusuf AS was the man entrusted by Allah (through Pharaoh) to manage the Baitul Mal for the great of the nation. All indeed was nothing but a meant of Allah whom wanted Pharaoh to learn; there will be no harm for the Great King to be kind and rule with justice, even at time of hardship. But Pharaoh never learn yet oppressed especially the Jews, and Musa AS was then sent to save the oppressed Jews and destroyed the Pharaoh. But the Jews though Allah promised them "Palestine" as their homeland but Allah initially made them to wander for 40 years in Sinai Desert merely living on Manna (mushroom) and Shalwa (quill bird) as their food to make them humble and thankful over their past fate in the Pharaoh Land, yet they not. Such was then clearly shown by one of their tribes, the Thalmud whom occupied the Madyan, Allah commanded them through Shuib AS not to oppress others by not taking too much profit and practicing corruption, but they heed not to Shuib AS called, and thus Allah destroyed the Thalmud as He had done to the people of Nuh AS, Hud AS, Salih AS and Lut AS (2). In its true sense, Allah presented those to Muhammad SAW in the Al Quran 11:85 though those had happened thousand of years before him, Allah indeed to this day is reminding to those who claimed to be Muslim and especially the leaders: Give full measure and weight in justice and reduce not the things that are due to the people, and do not commit mischief in the land, causing corruption. Are these not happening wide spreadly now? Or how do we the Muslims read and appreciate all these? Did not Najib's Government reduced things that are due to the people? Prove to me that I'm wrong wrt Kelantan (for more than 25 years), Kedah, Trengganu and Sabah in the past.

(8) If our heart had hardened. If our mind is blocked. Definitely we will never see, hear and feel our wrong doing in the Allah's pathway. Allah had laid down His principle of great wisdom earning: Good deeds surely will enrich the good hearts, bad deed blocked our heart to good wisdom. To me, indeed, all the distressed that leads to all sort of social chaotic in this Country now, is nothing but due to our bad and poor leadership in all walk of lives whom have turned deaf, blind and dumb to the right path of Allah. We are now far from our people lives realities. We serve not to serve Allah but serving to our greed, lust, wimp and fancy. That was, is and will be the cause to all our problems. Our problem are nothing but the effects of our greed and lust behavior. Auzubillah.

(1) Why did I put up this question: Is he still the Prime Minister?. Indeed lately, I see Najib seem to be more as the Information and Agriculture Minister rather a Prime Minsiter. He goes and talks around to defend his policies and acts, to the minor issues, to such even before the UMNO last AGM, he has to go to Bangladesh then come back to present a slide show of the 40,000 Bangla-Phantom Voting Issue, yet he claimed his visit to Bangladesh was on Bilateral Trade Mission but nothing detail was elaborated on such claimed Trade Mission. Which is more important, rebuting Anwar claims or moving the Nation economy. UMNO AGM became a stage to talk on minor issues rather greater Malays and National interest. I strongly believe, Najib is in a real state of denial and deception. He works hard to deny the real issues facing the Nation ie degrading purchasing power due to lacking of numerative employments to our young generation thus he goes in the trap of deception by the oppositions to the level he then himself love to decept the Nation from it true course. I began to see Najib as a person (not leader) whom love to think on small matters, doing small things, a petty person. He spent too much time to dwell on minor petty issues rather the prime matters, thus such was the ground that I doubt he is our Prime Minister any longer. When is he going to change? Probably due to his favorite word transformation so much so he need more times to transform from cocoon to butterfly to fly or he is swarm with lousy incapable small boys.

(2) In today western science standard, be it in Geography, Geology and or Archeology, those that had happened to the people of Noah, Hud, Lut, Shuib, Moses, or even Pharaoh are known either as Big Flood, Land Slide, Volcanic Eruption, Earth Quake, Sinkhole and or Tsunami, thus never being seen as torment from Allah. They clearly denied the hands of Allah over State matters. Those are indeed, natural phenomena which may happened once in 50, 100, or even 1,000 years cycle, nothing to do with Allah. Thus, those has nothing to do with the call to fear Allah as insisted by the Al Quran. But for Muslims, they see those as Allah initial punishment and take those as such and they just stop there. This is totally different with the now West, they see those as natural disasters, and they love to learn the sciences of those yet totally neglecting the morale and or spiritual view point of those. They just want to be religious free. Indeed, their attitude is justifiable so as not to get into unnecessary science-religious conflicts. They just want to explore the sciences behind all those phenomena to satisfy their creative urges to live better into the future. Thus, never ending, the now West love to search for these places and excavate to uncover the past technologies and governance for their betterment. Indeed, the archeological works in Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and many others had contributed great knowledge to the West that made them superior to the Muslims despite, the Al Quran did indicates all these clues yet the Muslims took them passively. Indeed the weakening today Islam is nothing but due to the Muslims attitude toward understanding the Al Quran. MasyaAllah.
