Toward the last lag of his administration, Mahathir Mohammed (MM) was really challenged to the maximum. Lots of his efforts were being questioned even to the level of humiliation. Worst, there seem people within the government and his political party working hard to oust him without patience. Al Gore, the then USA Vice President, gave a real inspiration to MM enenmies, whom threw an open arms to Anwar Ibrahim Reformasi movement and later without respect walked out of the Nation Reception Dinner. Amin Rais and Gus Dur of Indonesia joined the foray. PAS and DAP then fished in the milky water: menangguk di air keruh. The row of condemnation against MM began!

(2) I'm writing this article to thank a person whom had placed a book titled: Think Like Mahathir on my table, and I believe this person, either want me to think, act or appreciate Mahathir better. As I said before, I have the book and I have read the book and I had made an entry into my bloq about the book. Nonetheless, I believe the person, I don't know who, who placed the book on my table must have an honest intention, thus I would say thank you, and with that I wrote this article. I have circulated the book for others to read. May his/her good intend be blessed by Allah.

(3) As some example on how bad was MM being attacked, probably we should remember, among other how his grand ideas and policies being torn apart. To name a few, his Look east policy became look Dayak Policy. His Wawasan (vision) became was-wasan: literally means inconfident or blur! His megas projects being seen as tools of cronyism and corruption.

(4) Various unacceptable labels being taged onto MM. In a Novel called Shit, MM was really described....as a shit....which personally I can't really comprehend.....which made me dumped the Novel into the Lot 10 dustbin despite I just read the first two pages of the Novel (I bought the novel on the five feet path! A five feet path novel standard!). The novel really potrayed MM as a shit that is dirty, harmful, and unwanted by his people.

(5) MM was also being called as Maha Firaun, the Super Pharaoh: vindictive, cruel, hard headed....all sorts. Even there was a joke running around that he was the third most corrupted leaders in South East Asia after Marcos and Suharto. Even in one of his interview, MM did said that he was accused of having a Chinese girlfriend in Singapore. What this mean, rest to one imagination!

(6) Worst, Nik Aziz who claimed and being honored as the Islamic Scholar by his followers, accused and branded him with all sorts of 'wild' accusations. Instead of taking the role as maha guru (Tok Guru): teaching, inviting, and, guiding for good deeds, Nik Aziz raised himself to be a Spiritual Judge, taking the role of Second to God if not God. He passed judgment over many thing of MM works and characters. Nik Aziz's followers took those 'judgement' as 'fatwa' or 'spiritual condemnation'; which in fact were merely political motivated. MM really being pushed to the corner. Even during Abdullah Badawi administration, he was badly sideline and disrespected.

(6) But MM as I learnt and observed, the more you pushed him flat, the more he crushed you to hard breath. He was and is always determined on what he said and wants. He focusses on the needs rather than the wants. Looking back at his childhood, adulthood and early political career, MM had seen and gone through enough suffering of his people. He knew the weaknesses of his people. He take a shame onto himself over the backwardness of his people. His mind was and is to gain pride and superiority of his people. He was and is clear of his destiny in the struggle for his people.

(7) To me he is a person who sleep well. He discipline himself to such a good sleeping requirement, by keeping to his 'punctuality'. Having a good sleep, a quality sleep, kept MM mind fresh and sharp. He knew, he must always keep his clear and sharp mental strength to enable him to get to details of his ideas and subject matters that he want and are dealing with. With that, it keep his conscious in any matter as clear and honest as possible. His struggle is for his people, the country, is a true, honest and correct struggle at his time.

(8) He is and was a person whom eat well, he digest well. He was and is health conscious. He care for his health because his health was and is his greatest strength to his deeds and struggles. Being a medical doctor, he knew and clear about the power of good health. He had seen enough how diseases and sickness had made his people suffer. He was and is determined, that he don't want that to continue to affect his people. Thus, instead to remain as a doctor with a career within no window, he moved upward to be Doctor UMNO, the Malay Doctor!

(9) He is a person whom can regulate the release of his Adrenaline Hormone. How he does that, I believe, being not too easily getting excited in anything. He used more of his mental calculation, rather his emotion. This hormone control and regulate many other hormones. Some of them are about hormones that could stimulate high energy production and even emotion disturbance. Since he know how to regulate his Adrenaline relase, thus I would believe, that the very reason, he was and is a slow release 'anger'. His breath and his emotion are one. But, once cornered he will grip his hands and figures restlessly, then definitely he will lashs out hard. His eyes will open wide and starring sharp. He is alert. He is attentive. To me his mind become focus, and you will get his 'cute simple logical' responds to any of your words.

(10) MM is a life long knowleadge seeker. Knowleadge hunter in fact. He love reading. He read with purpose. I don't think he read for hobby or lesissure. His reading purpose is to seek the better way of how to make his people great. He seek to do the best for his people. Reading is not a hobby for him. Reading is a profession for him. The term Iqraq, Read, inbuilt into his soul and brain. With all his honest, clear, genuine purposes and struggles, Allah grant him lots of ideas and wisdoms.

(11) With those ideas and wisdoms, inbuilt into his deep believe, and he became determined on what he believe the best for his people. That's the reason, once cornered, he fought 'to death'.

(12) If one follow his last two bloq, one could see, how he pushed Nik Aziz back to the corner, to swallow his accusation on him, UMNO and the Government. He now makes Nik Aziz to lick back his sputum. Mahathir can do that because his struggle for his people is genuine. He really work for his words. He really mean his words. Right or wrong, time will prove.
