Probably quite sometimes, I need to work on MyBloq using my Communicator. MyNoteBook and even the mobile modem had failed me alot since quite sometime now. By the way, as I love writing and wanna share whatever I think and or observed, I just wanna throw these small ideas and findings to all.

MyYesterday (10 July, 2009) flight with AirAsia from Sibu to JB was superb. The plane landed at Sibu airport about 40 mins before next departure. Within 30 min both the on and out going passengers completely settled. The rest were good based on the price paid, except on two things which used to frustrate me, whereby the AA staff don't respect what had been their SOP and advertisement, firstly they don't honor the XpressBoarding priority, and secondly, when I ordered for Oriental Chicken Noodle, to my supprise, I was served with Maggie Mee Ayam! Not as advertised! I was too hungry to be angry! But Fernandez, be mindful of your business (moral) obligation!

(2) Earlier I was attended to Rural Socio-economic Transformation program. Our people in Julau whom have been left behind for quite sometimes, now has to be opened up for major economic oppotunities. I hope, to all let put our heads and soul together for such purpose.

(3) Upon landingm at JB Airport, I check on the booked rented car. Though, I was promised (and confirmed) either Toyota or Honda, to give me better capacity to drive faster down MyWay, I was only allocated Proton Waja, but at the rate of Honda or Toyota. Again I'm wondering whereis our HONESTY?

(4) From 1900 hr to 2100 hr with MyGroup, we spent sometimes at Danga Bay. Ordered some foods. Enjoying the breeze accross the Selat Tebrau. But one at a time, the waiter keep coming back tellling us this dah habis that dah habis! I just burried deep MyFrustration. After dinner we took trishaw ride.....well Mahathir is always correct, let dismantle that Causeway, let the water flow, and the rest will be great. I begin to think for those who had stoped the Project should come over the enjoy the smelly breeze due to slow moving of this Selat Tebrau water. This Selat Tebrau in the long run would be a real poluted and dumping site for both nation probably, and JB would suffer the worst. What a far sighted Mahathir, and a dam blinded those who never think (or probably have hidden personal agenda)!

(4) Today (11 July, 2009), we spent a bit of time roaming Angasana Complex then to Ansar Shopping Complex making small check up on few things. By 1430 hours we meet the JoCorp and the MD of Sindora Bhd (JoCorp Subsidiary)to explore on few...yeahh some small matters that we want to work on back home. As I have been following the achievement of JoCorp over the years, one thing that really, and hopefully will inspired MyGroup, the fighting and amanah spirit of their personnel in achieving the greater agenda than their personal one. Probably that make the Johorean a bit different from the rest of the nation, their long nationalism struggle!

(5) On the late afternoon, I drove all the way to Malacca. In the evening have nice seafood at Umbai. Though the place look very promising for greater tourism development, but I believe the site also if not immediately and properly taken care, would one day be a real 'dirty image' of One Malaysia!

(6) YAB Ali Rustam (thank for his disqualification to bid for higher position in UMNO) in fact had done great job in making Malacca into a real Garden City. I strongly believe, Tourism in Malaysia must be seen from the perspective of developing better Quality of Life and greater Socio-economic opportunities among our people rather than for the foreign tourists. The appreciation of the foreign tourists should be treated as bonus, but making our own people to be better should be our priority!

(7) After visiting some of the Kebaya Outlets at those old Colonial Shophouses, I'm impressed by the courage taken by YAB Ali Rustam in acquiring those shophouses, then renting those to the 'tergetted enterperenurs'. There is also a well Planned Development by a private sector, building sort of "townshphouse" with properly individualised design and designated "business mixed". The concept, is just what I have been thinking for some places back home. Hopefully this could be realised 'before the sun set on my body!'.

(8) By 1500 hours, I drove to KL, have a quick business meeting at KLIA, then rushed down to City. A friend suggest for good TomYam at SS2 PJ. I passed over MyOld Hostel at PJ17/1, and it really remind me of those 'student payah days', then about 2200 hours drove down to Bukit Bintang Area for the nite retirement. It really challenged MyPatience to get to the 'bedroom' at this time of the week and hour, but managed to settle at almost to 1300 hour.

(9) Today 12 July, 2009 at 1000 hour I drove over to Medan MARA at jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and later to IOI Complex at Puchong. Puchong is now a really different place. New great neighborhoods and shopping areas are sprawling.

Air Asia has come a long way from nothing to one of the best people carrier in this region, they actually delivered their tagline ;everyone can fly'.other things/SOP ,perhaps are more noticable by frequent flyers who have flewn many airlines.Meeting basic necessity in AA is almost equivalent to meeting basic necessities in the rural areas.

Julau should be able to tap from SCORE developmnent and KESBAN area development.Soon they'll be a socio-economic profiling being done for the KESBAN area in this region.

He causeway connect Malaysia and Singapore bringing together with it pluses and minuses. Foul smell is not necessary the causal effect of a causeway, it's merely project implementation without proper environmental measures and mitigation.EIAs are meant for project justification, nothing more than that. Councils and government agencies more often than not look for solutions to problems in a implementation rather than planning with nature in mind.I was in KK (Tanjung Aru Beach) having freshly squeezed mango juice on a hot sunny afternoon when the same smell lingered in the air, and made the whole sitting a worth remembering time! This is a beach front where all kitchen waste(grey water) flows direct into the sea without much filtering less to say, treatment. It's definitely not the causeway, it's the way, the way things are done.

Perhaps, from an economic viewpoint, Dr M did see matters that would be of concerned. And of course, invested interest in nothing new in our system, it's the Malaysian way forward.

May i suggest the Green Foundation be set uo asap? before more trees get cut down like the angsana at Jalan Tun Jugah? asked the councils, they said they were admist discussion of transporting the trees elsewhere when our great big contractor already had his men rigorously chopping down the trees....i am sure many out there were angered, dismayed, but nothing much they would/could do..

I flew the afternoon flight from KK to Kuching and found my nasi lemak 'basi'. I informed the stewardess but instead of replacing, she simply said, we are sorry.

AAsia tagline should be " We are sorry"

I would say, at least today flight (14 July, 2009) I feel a bit good. The LCCT had improved alot and hopefully it will catchup with our dire course as a Developed State soon! (2) But again my paying RM25/- for the XpressBoarding being ignored. So what is the purpose of making people to pay, yet the service is not rendered? Hey...pl make money honestly!
